Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy explains how Rubbi Dance Fit LLC ("Rubbi Dance Fit," "we," "us," or "our") handles cancellations and refunds for Drop-in Classes and our Monthly Unlimited membership. It is intended to comply with applicable Georgia law, including the Georgia Health Spa Services Act where it applies to our membership offerings.
Drop-In Classes
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
Monthly Unlimited Membership
Our Monthly Unlimited membership is a month-to-month plan with no long-term contract. You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us in writing; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a current billing cycle, except as required by law.
Your Rights Under Georgia Law
To the extent the Georgia Health Spa Services Act, O.C.G.A. § 10-1-393.2, applies to your membership, you have the right to cancel a new membership contract within seven (7) business days of signing by delivering written notice to us at the address below. If you cancel within this period, we will refund all payments you have made, less a reasonable charge for the fair market value of any services you already received, not to exceed $100. You may also have the right to cancel and receive a refund of prepaid, unused amounts if a "substantial change" occurs, such as our discontinuing this location without offering a substantially similar facility within 10 miles. No membership offered by Rubbi Dance Fit exceeds 36 months in length.

To cancel your membership or request a refund, please contact us in writing (by mail) or by phone using the information below. Please include your name and the date your membership began.
Non-Refundable Items
Except as described above or as required by Georgia law, all payments for classes and memberships are final once the applicable class or billing period has occurred.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
