These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website rubbidancefit.com and the class booking, membership, and services offered by Rubbi Dance Fit LLC ("Rubbi Dance Fit," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 79 Main St NW, Lilburn, GA 30047. By using this site or booking a class, you agree to these Terms.

Rubbi Dance Fit offers group dance fitness classes on a drop-in, per-class basis or through a Monthly Unlimited membership. Class schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any changes in advance.

Our Services

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in dance fitness classes involves physical exertion and carries an inherent risk of injury. Before attending your first class, you will be asked to complete a waiver acknowledging these risks. By signing the waiver and/or attending a class, you voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law, Rubbi Dance Fit, its instructors, and staff are released from liability for ordinary negligence in connection with your participation in our classes. Nothing in these Terms releases Rubbi Dance Fit from liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be waived under Georgia law.

Health & Eligibility

Our classes are intended for adults in reasonably good physical condition. If you have a medical condition, injury, or concern that may affect your ability to safely participate, please consult a physician before joining a class and notify our staff in advance.

Code of Conduct

We ask all clients to treat instructors and fellow participants with respect. Rubbi Dance Fit reserves the right to refuse service or class access to anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Booking & Payment

Classes and memberships may be purchased through our website's online booking and checkout system. Guest checkout is available for single drop-in classes; an account is required only if you choose to purchase certain plans directly. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for Drop-in Classes and the Monthly Unlimited membership are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and choreography demonstrated in classes, is the property of Rubbi Dance Fit or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
